To improve individual functioning by providing access to Education, referral services, and inculcate positive attitudes in PWD, families, and teach them Rehabilitation skills & making a difference together to brighten the lives of the Disabled.
To promote self-determination of services by PWD and their families through their participation at every level in a phased manner in the services they use in CBR and to remove attitudinal and physical barriers in society for their Intervention.
To provide opportunities of gainful employment through Vocational Training to PWD in coordination with the village Panchayats and other Government departments.
To identify the Rehabilitation needs of persons with Hearing Impaired at various stages of life.
To enable persons with Hearing Impaired to develop independence and Social integration through education, training, employment, Multidiscipline, early interventions and link ages with their various environments for optimum utilization of their residual capabilities.
